Naming and Shaming the Guilty

Whether it's driving for miles along the middle lane of the motorway or bad parking, irresponsible drivers make the roads a more dangerous place. They feel they are above the law - perhaps even that earthly laws do not apply. They also clog up the system and give the road lobby and government an argument to build new roads. We don't need wider, longer roads - we just need responsible drivers - who don't drink (unlike some council leaders) - and who can drive and park considerately. And we certainly don't need the local council, the local paper and businesses setting such a bad example.
